Account-based marketing works when the message fits the account. A flyer written for a military procurement officer should feel categorically different from one written for a local police department, even if they are evaluating the same product.
These sector-specific flyers for Fortem were built on that premise. Rather than producing a single piece of collateral and adjusting the logo and color scheme, I developed distinct messaging frameworks for each vertical segment within Fortem’s ICP, including federal defense, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, and commercial aviation.
Each flyer was designed to meet the buyer where their priorities lived, addressing the operational concerns, procurement norms, and risk profiles specific to their context. The result was a sales enablement toolkit that gave field representatives a reason to believe and buyers a reason to move forward, at every stage of a complex, multi-stakeholder B2G sales cycle.
